Helping the homeless

Civic park area is a place for all walks of people to mingle and live. Ive helped feed and clothe the homeless for years. Itd be a lot easier of a job if the police didnt sweep them and take all their things. Open up more public restrooms, water fountains, trash bins, and needle bins to solve a lot of the "issues" that people with privilege often complain about. Also, you could just house them without so many contingencies and hurdles.
