Access to the city of Boulder through a variety of transportation and parking options contributes to Boulder’s quality of life. In the year ahead (mid-2020 to mid-2021), the city is moving forward with two key strategies, reimagining the Neighborhood Parking Permit (NPP) Program and assessing and capturing the value of parking, to pursue and maintain a better balance of access and parking needs.
