What is the project scope?
This study will focus on the area of Sumac Avenue between Broadway and 19th.
Why has the city decided to study Sumac Ave?
The City of Boulder Transportation Division is studying Sumac Avenue from Broadway to 19th Street to address various infrastructure needs, including continuous sidewalks, pavement rehabilitation and storm drainage improvements.
How can I participate in this project?
There are a number of ways that we'll be soliciting community feedback on the Sumac Avenue Study, including:

- Through submitting an Infrastructure Preferences Questionnaire on this page
- At the Open House Series (3 meetings anticipated)
- One-on-one, through outreach to property owners (city staff will be in touch soon to schedule these meetings)

When do you anticipate beginning construction?
As of now, the project team anticipates a construction start date of 2023.
