Safe Routes to School: Manhattan Middle School - Spring 2026 Feedback Form

We heard from the Manhattan Middle School community in 2022 that walking, biking, and rolling on Manhattan Drive feel unsafe and uncomfortable, so we submitted a grant application for funding to improve safety. We were awarded a $707,000 grant at the end of 2025 to make improvements to the street, and now we need your input on our design ideas! This feedback form will be open from April 17 – May 3. 

You will have the option at the end of the feedback form to provide your email address to receive project updates. No identifying information will be shared in the feedback form report.

This feedback form is being provided so that community members can share their thoughts easily and accessibly online. Multiple members of a family are welcome to fill out this feedback form. The input gathered here will be combined with feedback collected during other engagement events and opportunities for this project. This feedback form should not be viewed as a proxy for voting. Participation is not randomized, so results cannot be tallied to determine a “winning” or community-wide perspective.
