Almost 1,300 households live in Boulder’s four manufactured housing communities, which provide a lifestyle valued by their residents at a relatively affordable cost. The city has committed to preserving this housing option and has taken many supportive actions. The city's manufactured housing strategy will define, organize and prioritize a long-term approach to supporting these communities.

After engaging with more than 100 park residents, park owners, community partners and city staff members, the project team shared the feedback, guiding principles, and proposed actions for analysis with City Council in February. Under council’s direction, the project team analyzed actions pertaining to pad rent stabilization, Infrastructure, energy efficiency, licensing and land use codes.

If you have questions or would like to talk with the project team in person, reach out to any member of the team by phone or email.

NOTE: In addition to the Key Dates to the right, the project team will also visit the Human Relations Commission where a public comment period will be included. We will post that date as soon as it is confirmed.
