Folsom Street Safety Improvements Project: Feedback Form 4 (May-June)

From May 30 – June 15, we need your feedback on the recommended design for the future of Folsom Street. 

You will have the option at the end of the questionnaire to provide your email address to receive project updates. No identifying information will be shared in the questionnaire report.

This feedback form is being provided so that community members can share their thoughts easily and accessibly online. The input gathered here will be combined with feedback collected during other engagement events and opportunities for this project. This feedback form should not be viewed as a proxy for voting. Participation is not randomized, so results cannot be tallied to determine a “winning” or communitywide perspective.
