This phase of engagement has concluded, and the city has decided to re-evaluate its timing and approach to this project. Look for more information in 2019.

The Civic Area Master Plan, adopted in June 2015, outlines a vision for the future of the Civic Area over the next 10 to 20 years. This spring, the city is launching the next phase of planning and community engagement, which will include developing an area plan for the East Bookend of the Civic Area, an area bounded by Arapahoe Avenue, Canyon Boulevard, Broadway and 14th/15th streets.

The area plan process will take place from Spring 2018 through mid-2019 and will include several opportunities for community members to help shape the final plan.

The city encourages the public to provide input as we move forward with this area plan. This feedback will help guide the design process and help ensure our community's hopes, aspirations and concerns are addressed.
